If you need to cancel, please do via email womenofourwords@gmail.com. If cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to the WOOW workshop, you will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee, or we will apply 100% credit to a future WOOW. There are no refunds in less than 60 days, only the opportunity to receive credit for a future workshop.
If you are traveling from out of town to attend a workshop, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. In the event that a WOOW must be cancelled due to inadequate enrollment, all fees and deposits are refunded in full or may be transferred to another workshop within 12 months. (We reserve the right to cancel any WOOW due to inadequate enrollment or other extenuating circumstances.)
Women of Our Words is not responsible for reimbursement of non-refundable airline tickets in the event of a WOOW cancellation. We will notify you of any cancellations within 30 days of in-person workshops. Please check on your WOOW workshop before making travel arrangements.
Online workshops are non-refundable.
